Welcome to FISH of Knox County

FISH of Knox County, Tennessee is an all-volunteer organization, with no paid staff, founded in 1972, which attempts to help those in emergency and distress situations in an unselfish, non-judgmental and giving way. FISH is nondenominational.  FISH helps anyone of any race or creed.

 Working daily through thirty-six community churches and the FISH Hospitality Pantries, FISH volunteers responded to over 157,000 calls for help during 2009, serving over 407,000 persons. Volunteers who work in the collaborative organization are dedicated to showing God’s love to our community by helping those who are in need.
